Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit our new website.

My name is Michelle, I have been qualified since 2005 and I opened my first salon in October 2021.

At Shades & Fades we cater for the whole family. From all aspects of women’s and children’s hair (including first hair cuts) to barbering appointments for men.

I specialise in colour corrections and I am a certified Olaplex professional and stockist.

I am passionate about what I do and never stop learning to improve my craft. I am dedicated to educating myself further and I am proud to be Jayne Wallace and Lucy Kew trained in balayage.

I like to share my knowledge and the science behind my colour transformations with my clients. I believe that each client should understand the process of their appointment as they are then more likely to stay on top of their after care routine.
